Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (Based on experience)

Million Web Services is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
* Support management in organizational planning and development

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
* 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Candidates with experience in a Software House or IT Company will be preferred
