One of the reputed and prestigious fit-out and construction companies in Bahrain is urgently seeking qualified and experienced professionals who can handle their responsibilities independently, bring relevant industry experience, and contribute to our growing team.

1. Production / Workshop Mangaer
Experience: 10 -15 years in Joinery / Production / Metal / Steel / Painting Industries
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day workshop production operations
* Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and finishes,Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and production planning tools.
* Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement for smooth workflow
* Deal directly with suppliers for materials and finishes
* Supervise factory staff, subcontractors, and site installation teams
* Visit sites, take measurements, and prepare detailed BOQs for wooden and interior fit-out works
* Familiarity with shop drawings, materials, and finishing techniques

2. Draftsman & Estimator

Should have minimum 5 years experience in
– Interior fit-out projects or joinery/wooden based projects
– Working drawings for fit out work, concept drawings from 3D view
– Prepare shop drawings and Architectural / Structural drawings
– Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
– Good Experienced in BOQ preparation, Cost Estimates
– Bachelor or a degree from a technical college in engineering is required

Bahrain based immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
