Job Title: Junior HR Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer who is currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, recruitment processes, and core HR operations.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry but it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviews, and onboarding
Draft job postings and coordinate with recruitment platforms
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies
Handle employee documentation, contracts, and visa-related coordination
Maintain HR records and employee files
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance monitoring
Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially
Coordinate with PRO for labor and immigration matters
Requirements
Must be currently residing in the UAE
Immediate availability is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Minimum 1 to 3 years of HR experience in UAE
Experience in recruitment is essential
Furniture or manufacturing industry background preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office
