We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience and knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and government processes (LMRA, GOSI, MOL) to support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in handling LMRA, GOSI, and MOL transactions (visa applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers).
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, employment certificates, NOCs, etc.).
Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll preparation.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.
Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of HR experience in Bahrain (Freshers with strong knowledge of Bahrain labor processes may apply).
Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, GOSI procedures.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
