Role Overview:
As a Game Operator & Receptionist, you are the face of Pixelleaps. You will be the conductor of the game, responsible for everything from welcoming guests with high energy to managing the game floor and ensuring the tech runs smoothly. This is a dynamic role for someone who loves gaming, people, and multitasking.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Greet guests, manage bookings, and handle check-ins/check-outs with a friendly and professional attitude.
Game Operation: Explain game rules, safety protocols, and “Game Master” tips to players to ensure they have the best experience.
Management: Confidently manage the front desk and the game floor simultaneously during your shift.
Technical Oversight: Start/reset game sessions and perform quick troubleshooting of the floor tiles if needed.
Active Outreach: Proactively engage with mall visitors during quiet periods to introduce them to Pixelleaps experience and turn passersby into players.
Maintenance: Keep the reception and gaming area clean, organized, at all times.

What We’re Looking For
The Vibe: High energy, outgoing, and a friendly staff.
The Skills: Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Basic tech-savviness to handle the game software.
Reliability: Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility are non-negotiable.
