Million Web Services is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support management in organizational planning and development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
