Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong communication skills and solid knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner and capable of handling HR functions independently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle LMRA, CPR, visa processing, renewals, transfers, and cancellations in compliance with Bahrain regulations.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company HR policies.
Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations as per legal procedures.
Coordinate payroll support, overtime records, EOSB calculations, and final settlements.
Conduct HR induction and support employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning for management.
Act as a liaison between employees, management, and government authorities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Bahrain.
Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, MOL, and SIO/GOSI.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to join immediately (mandatory).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
