Position Title: HR Coordinator/ HR assistant
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Head of HR
We are well reputed company in Bahrain for past 25+ years
The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient documentation, and timely completion of HR tasks. This role acts as a key link between employees and management, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle: posting vacancies, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.
Process visa applications, renewals, terminations, and coordination with PRO (if applicable).
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
Assist with employee relations matters and ensure HR policies are followed.
Coordinate training sessions, performance appraisal schedules, and HR events.
Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment status.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle general HR admin tasks and support HR projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Arabic speaker – mandatory.
Bahraini nationalities are also welcomed.
