We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll processing, and government-related activities, with excellent communication skills and the ability to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
Handle HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
Manage government-related activities such as:
LMRA work permits and renewals
CPR, visas, and residency formalities
Social Insurance Organization (SIO) registrations and compliance
MOL and other Bahrain government portals
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company HR policies
Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and employee documentation
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government authorities when required
Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
Support management with HR administrative and compliance tasks
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR & Payroll Executive in Bahrain
Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and government procedures
Hands-on experience with LMRA, SIO, MOL, and visa processing
Experience handling payroll for multiple employees
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Immediate joiner preferred
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR & payroll experience in Bahrain
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
