We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Bahrain labor laws and LMRA processes, visa processing, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
Handle LMRA, GOSI, and MOL processes, including work permits, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.
Process leave management, attendance, and payroll support.
Prepare HR letters (employment certificates, salary certificates, NOCs, etc.).
Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
Maintain employee files (soft & hard copies) accurately and confidentially.
Liaise with government authorities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in Bahrain.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law, LMRA, GOSI, and visa processing procedures.
Experience using HR systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in payroll processing.
