We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Handle social media accounts, content planning, and engagement
Monitor SEO/SEM performance and implement improvements
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing materials
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing tools
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Must be available for immediate joining
Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads / Meta Certifications
Experience in handling multiple brand accounts
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
