Employer Account – Terms & Conditions
By creating an Employer Account on our website, you (“Employer”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all employers, recruiters, companies, agencies, or individuals using the platform to post jobs, advertisements, or any employment-related content.
1. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy, legality, and confidentiality of your account information, login credentials, and all activities conducted through your Employer Account. Any actions taken under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.
2. Content Responsibility
All job postings, advertisements, descriptions, communications, images, and any other content uploaded or shared by you must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- You strictly agree that you will not post, upload, or promote any content that:
- Is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate
- Contains sexual, explicit, obscene, or harassing material
- Encourages exploitation, forced labor, or unethical employment practices
- Violates human rights, labor laws, or equal opportunity standards
- Misrepresents job details, compensation, company information, or working conditions
- Infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of any individual or entity
3. Compliance & Liability
You acknowledge and agree that you are wholly and exclusively responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content posted through your Employer Account.
- If any prohibited, unlawful, or unacceptable content is submitted:
- We reserve the right to reject, remove, suspend, or permanently disable your account or advertisement without prior notice.
- Even if any such content is inadvertently published due to oversight, we shall not be held responsible.
- Full legal, financial, and regulatory responsibility shall remain with you.
4. No Platform Liability
Our platform acts solely as a facilitator. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity, legality, or compliance of employer-posted content. We shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from employer postings or employer–candidate interactions.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Employer Account that violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in activities that may harm users, candidates, or the reputation of the platform.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, or expenses arising out of:
- Your job postings or advertisements
- Your use of the platform
- Any violation of laws or these Terms & Conditions
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Employer Account after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Acceptance
By creating an Employer Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
